What: Summer Solstice Yoga & Tarot Workshop

As we enter into the warmth and sunshine of summertime, I invite you to join me for a special yoga workshop that will help you practice being present and mindful of the abundance that surrounds us. We’ll mark the longest day and shortest night of the year together through gentle yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, pulling tarot cards, and journaling. This is a perfect opportunity to give thanks for everything we have achieved thus far and to look forward to all the exciting things to come.

Bring: Water, pen/pencil, a journal, and whatever you need to be relaxed (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.)

Provided: Yoga mats and yoga props
