She is the New York Times best selling author of “Rachael’s Good Eats” — a collection of healthy recipes that are easy to execute and also gluten-free, dairy free, and refined sugar-free. Rachael is a West Seattle resident, a dietitian and fitness coach too. She will be joining us Sunday, April 21, from 11 to 2 to meet customers and sign her book.
