Let’s Talk About It – A Monthly Women’s Circle at Lagom Studios

There are so many conversations we carry quietly.

The doubts. The resentment. The ambition. The marriage tension. The identity shifts. The burnout. The desire for more. The questions about who we’re becoming.

And not to mention, having to hold up the sky while the world is on fire.

This is a space to talk about the real things.

Each month, we gather in West Seattle for a grounded, welcoming women’s circle designed for honest conversation and meaningful connection. This is not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s not surface-level small talk.

It’s a structured but spacious container where you can:
• Reflect on what’s coming up in your life
• Share (if you’d like) in a confidential group setting
• Be witnessed without fixing or advice-giving
• Hear other women say the things you thought only you were thinking

You can expect:
– A brief guided opening to settle in
– Light facilitation and optional prompts
– Intentional sharing space
– A respectful, supportive group dynamic

Hosted by: Krystal Praast, a WS resident, facilitator and community organizer.

Hours: 6:30-8 PM

Cost: $33; or $30 when paid in cash or venmo
