We provide
-Plants from the Village Green Nursery
-Instruction by the Garden Hotline with hands-on tips about how to plant
and garden without using chemical fertilizers
-Live interpretation in Somali, Khmer and Vietnamese
-Infant and childcare
-Activities for school aged children
-Snacks and prizes
-Tools, gloves and knee pads

A note to Seahawks fans: Sept 28th is a by-day, so put your 12th Man energy to work in the community. Come dig a hole or cheer the rest of us on!

This event is supported by Seattle Public Utilities, the High Point Neighborhood Association, the Garden Hotline and a grant from the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
