Want to meet more mom friends? Ready to start moving after baby? Come check out Stroller Strides Friday, April 10, at 9:30 am at the Alki Bathhouse.

It’s the perfect chance to see what we’re all about: strength, movement, and connection with your little one (and other amazing moms ).

All fitness levels are welcome, and anyone with medical clearance for postpartum exercise is encouraged to join. Our
