ON Demo Run October 25th 6 pm: Come for our regularly scheduled group run! You will be able to demo a pair of ON Monster or Runner, so we have something for neutral or overpronators. If you don’t know what that means, you are coming to the right place and we will teach you! We are going to be celebrating October birthdays at this run. Probably plan on Halloween candy as your birthday celebration treat, costumes could be fun and are encouraged! We will also have Sound Physical Therapy onsite from 6-7 pm to offer free injury screens. Can’t beat all the fun for FREE :) Email lori@westseattlerunner.com with any questions!
