FREE Beginning West African Dance Classes Every Sunday Morning!

Join us and other great like-minded people each Sunday morning for a great workout to live music! Every Sunday through March 29 (at least), from 9:30-11 am at the beautiful South Park Hall.

EveryBODY welcome, no experience necessary.

Class is free, and tipping the drummers is encouraged.

About:
Baba and Sarah Lee teach a variety of traditional dances from Guinea, Mali and Senegal, West Africa. You will find yourself enjoying the movements of these dances, as well as the workout it gives you. With their friendly “show and go” style of teaching, you will develop the strength, fitness and coordination needed to move and express yourself through these amazing and joyous African dances. In class, you will learn the movement vocabulary and rhythms that make up this beautiful art form and meet great like-minded people. Come out and give it a try, you will LOVE IT!:
