Beach Grief Walk with Listening to Grief at Constellation Park

Join Listening to Grief for a Beach Grief Walk at Constellation Park (meet at the southernmost entrance). Walk along the beach with others who are also grieving. During the walk we will stop a few times for poetry, observation, movement, story sharing, and quiet contemplation.

All are welcome. Keep in mind we will be talking about grief and death. The beach is uneven and rocky, and there is a large log to step over to reach the beach. The ground may be wet, but we will not be going in the water. I trust you to know what your body can manage and to take care of yourself accordingly. Bring water, apply sunscreen, and wear appropriate shoes.
