Kenyon Hall fans can’t get enough of this only-in-Seattle ensemble. Every year they play our favorite Sousa marches, directed by the delightfully droll Liz Dreisbach. It’s a Big Birthday Celebration of one our country’s finest so expect some Birthday Cake!

Bringing their own party with them, the Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band, Seattle’s own non-marching march band, plays the greatest hits of band music, rousing classics by John Philip Sousa, Henry Fillmore and more. What sets them apart? You can expect appearances by the Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band Drill Team, and the world’s only Sedentary Majorette, who performs thrilling feats of seated baton twirling. This band’s sparkling goodwill never fails to make people smile.
