Thanksgiving Day Community Yoga Class: A Practice of Gratitude
On Thanksgiving Day 10 am-11:15 am, please join us at Limber Yoga in an All Levels Community Class to honor and celebrate our gratitude. Inspire and energize the mind and spirit while practicing breath work and postures that work up the appetite and help stimulate the digestive system! We look forward to sharing the spirit of Thanksgiving with you!
