SATURDAY AFTERNOON-EVENING: “Isolated Narratives” art exhibit at ArtsWest gallery, noon-7 pm

SATURDAY AFTERNOON: SOCIAL THEATER at Hiawatha Community Center, Ages 12 – 15. In this workshop youth explore how theatre can be used to bring awareness towards an issue. Youth will create team and personal value systems. Based on these value systems, the group will choose an issue to address, do research on that issue, and create a performance piece based on their findings. Students should come prepared to move, write, and speak. 1:30-3:30 pm (runs Saturdays through 3/28, activity fee $60)
