Readers have been noticing for a while that the for-lease sign has vanished from the former Bank of America at 4323 SW Admiral Way, which closed last February. A commenter, and permit applications, suggested who’s moving in – and now they’ve confirmed it to us: Lévy Aesthetics. Founder Dr. Daniel Lévy tells WSB, “We are opening a new state of the art Dermatology and Wellness clinic at that location.” It’s an expansion of their Bellevue-based business.
Just curious since I looked at their page and their aesthetic seems like a lot, in your face. I’m excited to see if they hire locally.
This line of business seems to be booming; there are already other clinics of this type in West Seattle.
In this economy, its good to see that there are at least some industries that are doing well. I suspect there will be no shortage of patients at this new clinic.

LOL yep, I’d never heard of them until that incident but I hopped right into these comments to see if it had been called out yet. This isn’t a business I would have gone to anyway, but always good to know what kind of places are moving in.

Mr. Ed’s fond memories. I too miss it and this type of restaurants. Now it’s Huckleberry Square in Burien for me.
Perhaps Paris Hilton and her “posse” will come to the grand opening. 🥸
Omg, thank you for mentioning that party. I hadn’t seen any news about it so this answers some questions. I am on Queen Anne these days and came home that evening and heard the noise and saw the party lights all the way to my place! At first I looked around for an explanation to the noise closer to home as I am uphill of Seattle Center and thought there was no way party noise would travel that far but finally had to conclude that was indeed the source. Sound from events at the Center don’t carry that far. The party should have be shut down-is was insane. I feel for anyone closer and especially pets as their hearing is much more sensitive than ours-they must have been miserable! What jerks.
The quote above this photo on their website (followed the link in the article) says something about encouraging people to “live their authentic life”. Didn’t know some ‘aesthetic doctor’ could authentically remove elbows. 
Sorry, but I’m 40 and chubby, and with a man who is a few years younger than me. We laugh when the other farts, and are honest about our feelings, (even the hurt ones), share our hopes and fears, and have a lot of $ex. That feels a lot more authentic than photoshopping out elbows and waists. This type of business is…not helpful to the community, although a similar business has opened in my building three blocks away. Let’s set a better example for the next generation. Your wrinkles and rolls are beautiful!
As a 40 year old who loves her Botox and lasers and has since her 20’s, let’s let people make decisions for themselves instead of contributing to the shame and harmful stereotypes surrounding aesthetics/injections/plastic surgery.

Ah, so now we’re entering the “Brazil” phase of dystopia. Yay?
VERY disappointed… We keep losing restaurants and they are not being replaced. Dukes is gone from West Seattle. Alki Beach Cafe gone.. We really need a place to have a fabulous breakfast. Someplace that doesnot close at 3 o’clock (like Luna Park closes so early) ANYONE out there interested in giving us a restaurant in the north end of West Seattle where we could get a fabulous CLASSIC American breakfast / food with fresh hashbrowns and non-spicy food? Yes, Mr. Ed’s was a wonderful place to eat.. maybe the Admiral and California Avenue space (that used to have the flower shop and waffle/Restaurant ) could become a restaurant(I should’ve listed that as another restaurant lost) Seems insane to use that space for such stupid activities as they blast on the dumpy plywood in the front windows. Could we just get some good old classic American food? HUNGRY ..and I will add that our cultures preoccupation with denying their aging is big bucks and laughable.. wonderful things come with aging if you do it well(wisdom, courage, grace, and beauty with wrinkles…. I’m so sick of looking at fake faces!

Empowerment looks different to everyone. This may not be your cup of tea, but to call it laughable is demeaning and judgmental. You may not have to like what other people do, you don’t even have to respect it, but let’s not insult it.
