I found this at my house at 22nd SW & Charlestown SW (near the bridge). The front wheel is off kilter.

    The front fork (where the front wheel is attached) is severely damaged and the bike is unsafe to ride.

    Randy–That might be the reason why it’s abandoned.  What a shame:  It looks like one of those nice Japanese bikes from the ’80’s.
