Thanks for the tip. Police are being dispatched to 6th/Roxbury [map], where a collision has brought down all or part of a tree onto the eastbound side of the road. No traffic cameras in that area, so we’re on our way to look.

Do you have anymore information? We drove by this shortly after it happened and the tree was between the cab and container of the truck. Very odd.
I thought it looked strange too, although there wasn’t much but a stump left when I went by. The truck looked like it was still on the roadway, not in the sidewalk that I could tell. Does anyone know if it struck low branches hanging over the road and that brought the tree down? It was an awful large truck.
