Thanks to Jenny for sending the photo and report: Less than a week after a driver hit and damaged the Roxhill Park swing set, it is fixed and reopened. No one was hurt in the New Year’s Day crash.

So comparing to the prior photo, they removed the damaged 3rd section and left the other 2 intact. Do you know if they plan to replace the damaged section? (before, the swing had 6 swings and now it has 4).

Will they assess the driver who caused this? Not one reason the taxpayers should be stuck with the bill for someone’s carelessness.
