CANOES ARRIVE: As previewed here on Monday, this year’s regional canoe journey, the Paddle to Nisqually, will bring up to 100 tribal canoe families to Alki Beach starting around noon; the Muckleshoot Tribe is hosting them here and they’ll head back out Thursday morning, headed south.
