My dad, Frank Valdes, left his assisted living home around 2:30 this afternoon and we are concerned to find him before it gets any darker & colder.

5′ 3″, hispanic male, 200 lbs., 82 years, brown eyes, gray hair, balding.
mild dementia, poor-balance

Last seen at 2:30 at Fleming Home at 8424 16th Av SW wearing jeans & possibly a black leather jacket. Please call Sharon or Laurie (phone numbers removed) – we are concerned he is outside & exposed to the weather.

Thank you West Seattle Blog for posting this for our family. Dad had fallen while walking & good samaritans who called the medics who took him to the hospital short while ago. He has only minor scrapes & we are grateful to the WSB, Tracy & the wonderful people in West Seattle who – we couldn’t live in a more caring community. Sleep well!
