Seattle Lutheran student goes for Pokémon world championship

16-year-old Seattle Lutheran High School student David Cohen has made it to the final 16 in the masters’ bracket of the Pokémon trading-card-game world championships. That word from SLHS’s Bil Hood; here’s the bracket. The final matches are tomorrow.

    i feel like it’s a ‘wheres waldo’ puzzle. Looked at that bracket 5 times and can’t find a David Cohen on it.

      Masters tab, round 8 tab. He’s on the right. And looks like he’s won his first match today and is in the final 8 now!

    David Cohen is the 2011 Master’s Division World Champion! He just took the title a few minutes ago.
