A rare break tonight for the team at White Center’s Proletariat Pizza – proprietors Stefanie and Mike Albaeck, Highland Park residents (shown above with daughter Hazel and newborn Hollis), took their staff out for an anniversary celebration. Proletariat just finished its first year in business. HIP! HIP! HOORAY!!!!! We love Proletariat and if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re definitely missing out on one of WS (White Center) gems! The owners are the nicest people and the joint is everything you could ask for in a pizza joing. Food is FABULOUS and service is friendly and reliable!
this place is amazing! they are always so friendly and the pizza never disappoints. fantastic to have a business like this in the neighborhood! love love love it!
I finally made it down there and so far, it’s my new favorite pizza in town. Though, technically it’s out of town.
Love them and their delicious pizza! And the little play area in the back is awesome when you have two wiggly kids who only wanna sit down and eat for 5 minutes at a time. My kids had a great time playing and coloring with Hazel, in between bites of their pizza. Will definitely visit again, soon. Congrats on the birth of the newest family member, guys!

5 months pregnant and you have official planted the seed of a craving… if it were not so late, i would go out right this minute and get a pizza from them! i love proletariat and will be there soon… probably tomorrow… :)
