Most interesting that SPS have enough time to plan all this and yet have not found the time to produce one example of a successful large urban middle/high school of similar configuration.

Ms Santorno dug up a lot of irrelevant studies that did not apply. Small rural 6 – 12 schools are a good deal – you are not proposing to build one of those. Combined schools lessen the transition problems when entering middle school – no you have not proposed a k-8 school.
    .
Why not just present a few examples of large urban middle/high schools of similar configuration? … Could it be because Ms Santorno can not find any?

The District and the Board will be able to continue to cite irrelevant studies to justify their bad decisions as long as there is no accountability for the Board, Facilities, and the District as a whole.

Sorry, comment time is over.
