The latest listing: 2112 Alki (map), a newly built 6-unit apartment building, offered for $4,200,000 with a description that uses the word “condominium” twice. (We reported the listing of another Alki building just last Friday.) 5:14 PM ADDITION: While taking the above photo to add to this post, we noticed prominent signs out front, CONDOS FOR LEASE.
Now, you have to be fair… it was mentioned as “apt build that is condominium quality” as part of the description,and then tagged on the end is the fact that it’s “platted as condominium”… that’s not the same thing as being repetitious…

Oh, that wasn’t noted from the standpoint of critiquing the copy, but from the question of whether the building is intended as apartments or condos. We actually just drove by to get a photo we will be adding to the post, and noted there are signs saying CONDOS FOR LEASE out front.
I wonder how steep the angle is on that front driveway. Seems a shame to pay all that money for Sound views only to have to worry about scraping the bumpers getting in & out of the garage.
