  I wonder if they have a street use permit for their cart ? ( which used to park on a city sidewalk ) I first saw them while I was walking to a nearby restaurant and had to walk around the cart.

  Jack….did you stop and ask? I’m pretty sure I read that he did have all necessary permits…is that true, WSB?
