Gees sue Hulings for $7 million

We haven’t seen the paperwork yet, but here’s one of the first reports.

The first thing they should do with their windfall is buy some signage. That may help Gee’s dilemma. Having bought a car from the Huling, I had no love for their sales and/or service, but they don’t deserve this load.

They are suieng on what arguments? I’d like to know please. We all knew about the ripoff fiasco, so, I’m sure they did too in advance. I’m almost certain,and I’m no lawyer, that they will lose. A fool with common sense could judge this case

Jiggers –

Did you bother to read the report? Did you know of the fiasco before jan 16th – the day the charges were filed – 11 days after the sale? How about “He wanted the business sold before we learned about it because he knew it would have significantly impacted the sale.”

Makes sense to me. I feel bad for the Gees. Sounds like they were handed some deep sh*t to me.

littlejim, I actually just found out about that this afternoon. My bad. A close source told me that too. Oh well…if that’s so, the Hulings are in deep kaka!!
