I accidentally blocked my husband on my cell phone (I swear it was an accident!) and I’m trying to find someone who knows the Blackberry OS to help me un-do my mistake (Googling it wasn’t helpful). The guy at Mobi gave it a shot, but Blackberries aren’t his area of expertise.

If anyone knows of a shop that still understands Blackberries, I could really use a hand here.

Which model/OS version are you running?

I forgot to check “Notify via email” for followups. Let me know and I might be able to help. :)

To clarify the issue, I still GET texts from him, I just don’t see or hear them. I seem to have blocked him from the Hub so new texts don’t show up there, the phone doesn’t ring, and the light doesn’t blink to tell me he sent a text. If I search the phone, new texts will show up on the list I get there.
I will get texts from him and see them if it’s part of a group chat.

This started when I (half-asleep) hit the “delete” button on an unsent text from the Hub screen, not thinking about what else would be deleted with it. It didn’t actually delete the unsent text. It removed him from the Hub.
