Kundalini Yoga

    Any good kundalini classes in West Seattle? I checked out the 8 Limbs site, and it looked like Hatha only.

    Not in West Seattle (but lives in West Seattle), my step father in law, Sada, teaches a kundalini yoga class. He does it at a church down by the Seattle Center. If interested, I can get you more information. :)
