Alzheimer’s Association – Staying Connected
Staying socially active and keeping your mind engaged may benefit your mood and memory. The Alzheimer’s Association Washington State Chapter is offering a free four-week program where participants and care partners can learn:– How to cope and live with early stage memory loss
– Strategies to stay involved in enjoyable activities
– How to talk about memory loss with friends and familyCare partners (can be a partner, friend or relative) attend each session. Program meets weekly on Tuesday mornings in Seattle, WA 98126.
