Do you want more out of your marriage? The OXYGEN Seminar is designed to help couples strengthen their relationship and work on tough issues in a way that’s fun and non-threatening. Couples learn how to improve their communication, better understand each others’ needs, resolve conflict, rekindle romance and find renewed hope.

Developed by Stronger Families, an organization in Bellevue founded by Jeff Kemp, former Seahawk quarterback, the program is being used at military bases, law enforcement agencies and churches across the US.

The OXYGEN Seminar is being offered at West Side Presbyterian Church, 3601 California Ave SW on 12 Sunday mornings, beginning this Sunday, April 7, from 9:40 to 10:40 am. The cost is $69 per couple which includes the workbooks, the Couple Checkup Assessment and the Flag Page Test. Scholarships are available. Childcare is provided in the church nursery.
