Friday, June 13, includes the NWWA Alumni Showcase where 15 alumni will share their creations from 4-6 pm.
Saturday, June 14, will include small bites created by South’s Culinary and Pastry Arts students paired with wine and a visit from the Seattle Public Library as part of their “Seattle Cooks” tour, where visitors can check out books from a tailored selection dealing with wine pairing, cooking and successful party hosting.
Seattle band “Runaway Sattelite” will perform on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The event is held at South’s 9000 square foot wine academy where classes are offered in wine making, wine marketing and sales, and food and wine pairing.
