This Saturday is our last workparty of the year (resuming in January) and a chance to celebrate the spirit of Thanksgiving. We’re planting ferns along the trail as a native backdrop to herbaceous diversity – trillium, False Solomon’s Seal, bleeding heart – to support environmental education. If we finish planting, we can continue on great progress removing the ivy patch and mulching bare soil.
