shelldowntown42807.jpgAs of this morning, the WS station we’ve been watching was holding steady at $3.39/regular, but after a bus ride downtown (just $1.25!) we saw lots worse, such as the Shell @ Denny & Aurora (left). So if you’ve gotta fill up, home is better! (Or South Seattle Costco, where we paid $3.13 yesterday.) Oh, and the governor proclaims herself “ticked off” by the pump jumps.

  1. FYI…Costco was $3.159 today at 2pm. Perhaps we should post on the cheapest gas as well as the most expensive?

  3. According to http://www.gasbuddy.com, the cheapest gas in WS right now is Arco on 23rd @ $3.11 (cash only or you’ll pay an extra few cents per gallon). This is a good site to keep an eye on prices!

  4. House…hate to break it to you, but that’s an Arco Station on 23rd Ave. in the Central District. It’s mentioned twice on the list…the last price was 3.17 on Saturday morning.
