Hi, I live on the corner of 48th and Hinds St. This kitty was in my yard yesterday, left heading toward 49th and maybe into the Schmits Park. It had a collar on hope its yours and this will help recovery.
NO, it does NOT help! I know you’re well-meaning, Cheri, but there’s a Reason the instructions at the top say CONTACT the PET OWNER! If you can generously take the time to post all this information, (where everyone can see you being so very helpful) you have time to directly call the number on the post!! It’s the ONLY way pets can make it home– don’t just spurt information into the ether–actually connect the dots! Connect to the person who is concerned for their pet!! You can make such a difference! I have a cat who was missing for OVER a Year!! But kind people helped him survive and make it back home! We say “scaredy cats” for a reason–a frightened housecat goes into feral-cat-brain-mode, and they Blank on all good sense and memory that could help them get home. Your good eyes and community spirit are wonderful! If you can bother to “connect the dots,” you can literally help save a life.
