Tibbetts United Methodist Church is seeking a Worship Leader.

Tibbetts United Methodist Church is seeking an individual who will work in collaboration with the Pastor to nurture, encourage, and organize musical expression in the context of worship. We seek to promote the spiritual life of the congregation and its members through music ministry. We know that music speaks to the heart in a visceral way, and we seek a music program that can elevate our worship experience through the inclusion of various musical modes (piano, organ, choir, band, bells, soloists, etc.). We understand the power of music as a bridge across language, culture and life circumstances. Through the presence of the Holy Spirit, music connects us to God and one another. Our music program must foster a culture of inclusivity and welcome of all musicians.

This position is approximately 10 hours/week, including Sunday work during service.
