Window Covering installer needed

Budget Blinds of West Seattle is looking for an industrious individual to fill a full-time window covering installation position. Experience is required. This is a labor intensive job that requires lifting and bending. Must be physically able to meet demands.

The candidate MUST have basic construction skills, own a tool belt with basic hand tools, and possess a strong familiarity with basic tools. The candidate must be efficient and organized, proactive, practical and creative, able to accept responsibility and work without supervision. The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills, and have analytical and problem solving ability. Customer service skills are a must.

The candidate MUST be well-groomed and a non-smoker since you will be working with fabrics and interacting with customers in their homes and places of employment.

Budget Blinds of West Seattle is a small family oriented business and looking for someone who wants to be a part of a fun-loving staff that enjoys working hard and being productive. The position starts at $16-18/hr depending upon experience. Candidate will be eligible for medical insurance after 90 days following a three month work performance review and also eligible for one week’s paid vacation after one year. Candidate will start at part-time during training and move into 4 days a week 8-10 hour days.
