Full-Time Office Assistant needed for a growing Auto Transport business based in West Seattle. This position will involve working closely with our Office Manager and Dispatch team to ensure our clients are billed accurately and our office runs smoothly. Tasks will require a high degree of attention to detail and will include filing, entering and tracking expenses, and eventually invoicing clients.
The ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years experience in an office setting, the ability to type quickly and compose professional correspondence, multi-task and work independently, along with familiarity with the following:
• Mac operating systems
• Office Suite (Especially Word and Excel)
• Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Drive)
• Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Quickbooks
We are a small, dynamic team who is looking to grow with the right candidate.
$36K+ per year (based on experience) with room for growth.
