Bella Mente Early Learning is hiring.
Our Reggio Emilia–inspired preschool is looking for a full-time, on-call substitute teacher to support our classrooms as needed. Training and onboarding will be provided, including support in our Reggio-inspired approach.
Shifts may occur anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. When we reach out, you choose whether you’re available flexibility goes both ways.
This position is eligible to transition into a full-time role after 90 days, based on program needs and mutual fit.
Pay rate is dependent on experience.
We’re seeking someone who is reliable, flexible, and eager to learn in a child-centered, relationship-based environment. Prior early childhood experience is helpful but not required.
