    I chuckled at Charla/Bob’s recent comment about why she started the “Favorite Things” post question. I too am weary of the political posts, although there is lots of good info among all the “try-to-convince-you-my candidate’s-the=right-one,” It’s going to be a long election year folks. As a man from LA (I believe) once said: “Can’t we all just get along?”

    And yes, I know I don’t have to read them all…but then I might just miss something good! “-}

    katydid..

    i have been at my post.. the lone stranger supporting hillary… and hoping for honest conversation all day…

    and the truth is just when it is starting to happen.. i am taking the night off to watch tv with hubby:)

    yes, we can all get along.. and as people we do. The last event was a huge success…

    it just doesn’t seem so when the passions of politics intervene:)

    it is fun though.. isn’t it.

    this forum is better than crossword puzzles for keeping my mind sharp ;->

    It beats reading multiple posts about off-leash dogs or salty food. ;-)

    aren’t they moving?

    i am so sports illiterate that all i know is that there is one team moving.. or threatening to move…

    My sons and grandsons.. and my brothers… would be ashamed of me.

    hehe…JoB…yes, it’s not a complete done deal yet, but supposedly going to move to OK City. There are many of us that feel like ” Don’t let the door hit you in the a** as you leave” They’re not a very good team, considering how much they’re paid, and while it seems that they’ve been in Seattle forever, i.e., an institution, we’ll get over it :)

    my son (in Bend) will not get over it.. not will the grandsons…

    how do you think the news of their impending departure made it’s way through my anti-sports fog…

    unless you’re talking about rugby.. then i am all ears:)
