If anyone has suggestions for Christmas Eve volunteer opportunities I’d like to hear about those as well. So many places require a long term commitment which I can’t do unfortunately. And I have the whole day off from work so it’s a perfect opportunity to volunteer!
I wanted to possibly go to the VA hospital or a senior housing facility to walk around and talk to residents/patients. Does anyone know the process for that? I need to be able to bring my 15 month old with so brightening someone’s day with conversation is my goal. I would like to be able to do this once or twice a month too.
