Small, active, independent neighborhood resale shop developing online sales portal with special niche leather-free kid’s footwear collection seeks mature Jane-of-all-trades creative type w/ handy manual dexterity & keen eye for detail & values.
New / Used / Interesting / Tedious / Fun / Aggravating / Busy!
requirements:
 * strong communication skills
 * ability to work well with others —

 * able to provide excellent customer service
 * ability to squeeze into small, crowded spaces
 * * MUST BE RELIABLE * *
 * good tolerance for chaos and ability to organize within it
 * affinity for children
 * INTERNET AND COMPUTER SAVVY
 * basic accounting aptitude
 * athleticism
 * critical thinking — ‘on your feet’
 * must pass reference / credit check
 * be able to regularly bend, stand, reach
 * occasionally lift / carry up to 50 lbs, and, climb ladders
 * troubleshooting talents
 * multi-tasking competence
 * up to date on fair market values of all things baby, kid, and maternity
 * * MUST KNOW WHAT CLEAN MEANS!
college, & experience w/ e-commerce, kids, retail, poppin’ tags, performing arts, event planning – all a plus.
Preference given to:
members of the West Seattle community,
people with a passion for recycling, and:
basic knowledge / understanding of animal factory farming and how kid’s footwear can be cruelty free.
