cMemberI stopped in at West Seattle Coins to see what they would give me for an old gold neclace.
They were very professional and quoted me that days gold price (I had checked)
It was a big neclace, but I walked out with a bunch of cash for something that had been sitting in my dresser for years.
If you are looking to get rid of some old jewelry I would highly suggest them.
The kids also get a kick out of going there to buy coins and bills from other countries.

MagnumsMemberNow is not a good time to sell gold in my opinion. Leaving gold in your dresser will pay off a lot more in the long run. That is why there are so many gold shops scrambling to get people to bring them gold for paper cash. It’s unbelievable, there are nonstop radio ads begging people to sell gold. That’s pretty telling…

hollyplaceParticipantI went there to sell a ring and also got a quote from Wyatt’s in Westwood village. Wyatt’s gave me a fair price and actually told me to sell it instead on CL. He gave me an idea of how much I could get for it, and thanks to him I have an extra $300 in my account now.

ellenpParticipantI just got rid of an old gold ring. The stone had broken so it was basically just a chunk of 14k gold.
WS Coin quoted $70 for it, Pacific Iron & Metal quoted $122.

RAKParticipantA few months ago I researched selling my platinum and gold wedding ring at local places including Wyatts, Capital Loans, the coin place on Alaska at the Junction and WS coins. Offers were as low as $80 at Capital Loans, but WS coins offered a great price of $240 which I accepted. Based on that, they seem pretty fair and straight.

MikeJonMemberI dealt with Jason here and was treated great! I shopped around and was paid the most by this place. Jason really knows his stuff and even stayed late to finish helping me. I will go back and recommend this place highly to others.
