Seeking painter/handyperson for small jobs

My painter split without finishing the job (never hire a friend of a friend!) and I’m left with a few important details still to be done:

1. Paint single half-round trim piece that wraps around 800 square foot single-story home. Will require ladder work but no dizzying heights.

2. Install new address numbers.

I expect this will be 4-6 hours worth of work–will pay a flat negotiated price. I have other jobs around the yard (mostly clearing out overgrown beds and removing some bamboo) that could be part of the arrangement.
