Salty’s on Alki In-House Bakery is Now Hiring for a Full-Time Banquets Bakery Lead as well as a Part-Time Pastry Assistant.
Qualified Candidates for the Full-Time Banquets Bakery Lead Position will have:
-2+ years baking experience for catering/banquets
-Cake building experience (wedding cakes a plus!)
-Expertise in large scale plating with attention to detail
-Excellent time management skills
-Flexibility in schedule, as banquet bookings will determine weekly schedule
Qualified Candidates for the Part-Time Line Pastry Assistant will have:
-Baking experience in a restaurant setting
-High-volume plating experience
-Flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability
