WSBKeymasterSince no other responses yet, I will speak up in favor of Rambo Total Pest Control, which is not only a longtime WSB sponsor (paid advertiser, as we always disclose when mentioning) but also is our pest-control firm of choice. We have only dealt with them for ants and at a fairly low-toxicity level – which nonetheless has succeeded in keeping them under control! – but I know they handle other kinds of pest control.

sbreParticipantI use Able Pest Control for all my rental properties, in fact most of the addresses are on a quarterly inspection. Never had any negative incidents with them.

anonymeParticipantAdept Pest Control consistently wins when this question is asked on the WSB, and for good reason. John, the owner of Adept Pest, is a smart guy who won’t try to sell you long-term poison programs or other unnecessary and toxic ‘solutions’. He cleaned and rodent-proofed my crawl space a few years ago for a very reasonable price, and I haven’t had issues since. A truly honest and ‘adept’ professional!

DianaParticipantBased on their sponsorship of WSB and recommendations I used Rambo a few years ago. They were fantastic! The technician really knew his stuff and was very sensitive when it came to working around my dogs. I had very specific requirements which were well understood. The problem was solved and it included some structural repair and protection to the house and property. No further problems, no issues, cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Talaki34ParticipantJohn with Adept Pest Solutions. When I bought my house, I had both types of rats. He took care of everything and I have not had any problems since. Great person to work with.
