This is definitely true. They are shutting down business at the end of this month. I’m guessing that there will be more overpriced condo’s to be built in that location. :(

Highly unlikely they will be condos. Apartments more likely. Looks to be a down year for the Cougs – probably one of many to come. The only thing worse than their football team was their West Seattle bar.

West Seattle biz closures, both permanent & temporary

There is a development proposal for that site.
