Our family took advantage of today being the 1st Thursday free museum day and we visited The Museum of Flight primarily to see the Amelia Earhart exhibit. We were not diappointed. We had a wonderful time, everyone was polite and courteous of each other especially when taking pictures and not standing in the way. It was quite the thrill to go aboard Air Force One and also The Concord!
Now I wish the crowd at Whirligig could have behaved as well, we saw so many mothers trying to place babies onto the bouncy rides, the kids crying and screaming, etc… Warning: stay away from free Thursday during Whirligig!! Had a much more enjoyable time at the Mars exhibit, where people were actually taking turns! Imagine that concept.
