Huge thumbs up to Dool’ies hot HOT sauce for completing the missing ingredient last night during my grilled Pork Chop dinner. The young men who sold my wife this Hot sauce at the Thriftway ROCK on. My wife brought it home all happy about the boys selling it to her and I had a nice smokey pork roast a-cookin. And when it was finely done I mixed in some Doolie’s hot sauce and it so made my dinner fine.

I picked up some at Freshy’s Booth at Summerfest, so good. So far I’ve had it on a chicken burger and with chips. Good stuff!

It makes for a quick and easy quacomole too. Just spoon some onto an avacado and mash it together. Yummmm.. :)

Yes, its in the same case where the mushrooms are, just above the broccoli slaw. :)

I also sampled and purchased a jar of this from the Summer Fest, and am looking forward to using it with a grilled shrimp/pineapple/jasmine rice dish. The addition of the coconut in the sauce makes it stand out from others. Highly recommended! (And I’m not usually a fan of super-spicy things, but this is goooooo-ooood.)
