We are moving and needed a home inspection before listing our house. I like to use local companies and found Reis at Inside Out Building Inspection ! He and his apprentice came out yesterday and they were fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. They were here for nearly 4 hours and kept us abreast of everything they were doing and discussed any issues they found. Their willingness to answer questions and help us understand the literal buts and bolts of our home was refreshing. I highly recommend them!
