spanaMemberHarrah’s is one of those places I’d passed a million times without looking twice – I live about a block away. I saw a rec here on the WSB when I was looking for some brake work.
I am just so happy to have found them! Both gentlemen were nicer than could be, the work was great, priced well and fast. For a place that is so easy not to notice (they are behind the West Seattle Fabric company in the Admiral area) I thought it was worth shouting from the rooftops a bit how pleased I was. I absolutely intend to take my car there for anything I need again and couldn’t say enough great things about the experience.

JanSParticipantaha…you discovered Rick and Ronnie – both super guys. I regret that I did not take my car there last Dec. when it needed some work. If I had (I had used them in the past), I might still have a car…sigh !

kilikiMemberI took my car to another WS auto repair shop for an oil change and they told me I needed an additional $1,000 in repairs. I took my car to Harrah’s for a 2nd opinion and they said there wasn’t a problem, but offered to monitor my car to make 100% sure there wasn’t an issue. (There wasn’t.) They could’ve easily taken my money for a bogus repair, but they said they didn’t believe in that. Good guys – they’ll get my future business.

2 Much WhineParticipantHarrah’s is the only place we take our cars. They are really nice, fast and reasonably priced. They rock!
