I was just in the True Value, and around the corner of the isle from me I overheard the nicest conversation. A customer got the attention of a floor manager, and said he just wanted to compliment one of the employees. He named the employee (I don’t recall, sorry!), and had some really great specific things to say about how he’d been treated at the store that day. It was just such a nice thing for him to go out of his way to have such treatment recognized, and it was really heartwarming to hear. I agree, too; I always feel I’m going to get highly informed and courteous service at their store. So great work, True Value, thanks to your kind customers, and happy holidays!
