IrukandjiParticipantIn the median on Admiral Way, the stretch we just had to call the city to come clean up because weeds had overgrown, a whole crop of your opaque self-promotional signs have arrived.

Admiral Way from the viewpoint up to the gas station is rife with speeders and it’s enough of a challenge to cross Admiral to catch a bus or make a left turn onto Admiral… now your signs are there making visibility even worse.

Please, either add speed monitoring software and displays to your promo signs or move them so they aren’t a hazard to local drivers and pedestrians.

JanSParticipantIrukandji,,,I totally agree with you…and..isn’t there some sort of law about putting up these signs on public city property without permission? What really gets me is that eventually it all turns to litter, as none of these candidates returns to take the signs down. I would like to see them gone after the 18th.

IrukandjiParticipantPerhaps that is why Dow’s sign, one that was there a few days back disappeared on Thursday. Someone on his team paying attention, perhaps?

IrukandjiParticipantAnd JanS, thanks for the links. Made putting in a request so much easier than calling each campaign office and locating the volunteer sign distribution coordinators :).
