We have lived east of the Junction for a few months and are just annoyed a dark blue Honda hatchback that lives at 36th & Oregon. We’ve observed (and heard!) the car tearing around our hood, tailgating, and taking cutting corners. The driver seems to treat the area as his personal racetrack, dropping the clutch at redline just to hear his unmuffled car. We don’t get it and would like to see his card pulled.
